Introduction
The general conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the “General Conditions”) govern the contractual relations between any user of the Achillea site (hereinafter referred to as a “User” or “You”) and the commercial brand. Achillea belonging to the Achillea company and registered in the commercial register.
These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, unless prior, express and written exemption. Achillea may occasionally be required to modify certain provisions of its general conditions, so it is necessary that these be reread before each visit to the Achillea site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). These modifications are enforceable as soon as they are posted online and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale after having read them.
By accessing the Site, you agree to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use appearing there.
Place an order
To place your order, we provide you with two means:
- by email: www.achillea.gallery
- by mail accompanied by a printout of your order and your method of payment addressed to Achillea, 90 rue de Grenelle, 75007 Paris – France. We will then confirm receipt by email.
Price
The sales prices indicated on the Site are in euros and all taxes included but excluding delivery costs. Any delivery costs are indicated to the User as they choose products and are invoiced to them at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the current prices which will have been indicated to you on the Site at the time of your order.
Availability
You will note that we will honor your order within the limits of our available stocks.
In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact you by email within 5 days from the date of your order in order to inform you and indicate within what time frame this product could, if applicable, be delivered to you.
Delivery method
Products purchased on the Site are delivered in Metropolitan France and Europe. Your order will be delivered to the address you gave us when ordering.
Achillea has chosen Standard delivery for delivery.
This delivery choice allows you to receive your package within 48 hours thanks to DHL, GLS transport. Your placed order will be processed within 5 days and shipped by carriers.
Achillea makes every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned on the Site. However, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of packages caused by a third party or by you or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause constituting a case of force majeure.
If a package is not received within the indicated time frame, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and may take several days (e.g. 21 days at the Post Office). During this period, no refunds or returns can be made.
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check the conformity of the products delivered with your order and indicate, where applicable, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning them.
Without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees, we recommend that you send any reservations regarding lack of conformity of the products existing on the delivery date as soon as possible by post to Achillea or by email to Achillea
The return of products can only be accepted for products in their original condition, namely with their packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.
In the event of proven non-compliance, Achillea will replace the product. We inform you that a delivery delay of 24 hours is possible for the delivery of your order. Indeed, for security reasons, all orders paid by credit card are subject to verification by Achillea.
Additional information may be requested or even required to validate your purchase. Therefore, and in order to avoid any delays, please enter when ordering:
- an email address (like AOL, WANADOO, NOOS, Gmail, etc.) or professional.
- a mobile or landline number (workplace or home) to contact you at any time during the day.
We are aware of the inconvenience caused, however these measures are proof of our desire to protect our customers from possible bank card fraud.
Paiement
Pour le règlement par carte de crédit, le débit est effectué lors de votre commande à la condition d’avoir obtenu préalablement l’autorisation de débit de votre compte auprès des centres de paiement compétents, faute de quoi votre commande ne pourrait être prise en compte. Le paiement en ligne par carte de crédit est réalisé via le système de sécurité SSL » Secure Socket Layer » qui permet le cryptage de vos coordonnées bancaires lors de leur transmission sur le réseau.
Pour le règlement par chèque, il vous suffit de nous faire parvenir, accompagné de votre récapitulatif de commande, votre chèque libellé à l’ordre de Achillea. Dès la réception de votre chèque, nous vous expédierons votre commande.
Right of withdrawal
You benefit from 7 clear days provided for by article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, to return a product to us that does not satisfy you. You can return this product within this period, at your expense, accompanied by your invoice.
We advise you to return the goods to us by registered mail or tracked post and to possibly take out insurance with the carrier for the market value of the products. This is necessary in the event of theft or loss of this merchandise by their services. In all cases the return is made at the expense and risk of the consumer.
Only products in new condition will be accepted, returned in their original packaging. Any product which has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged in conditions beyond its simple opening, will not be refunded, or partially refunded under the conditions indicated below. If the item is returned incomplete or damaged to Achillea, a reduction in its price will be applied according to the diagnosis carried out by observation established by Achillea. Achillea will justify to the customer the application of this discount by communicating the findings thus drawn up.
The deadlines mentioned above run from the day of receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs which amount to 12 euros and 45 euros for XXL paintings (160 x 110cm). In the event of an assessment of the product within the framework of the right of withdrawal, Achillea will do its utmost to reimburse the User as quickly as possible.
During a refund, the User is reimbursed by bank transfer in the case of payment by credit card, or by check in other cases.
Back
For any return of a package, you must either return it to us by post (or other carrier).
Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Dispute and liability
This contract is subject to French law.
Achillea cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded, on the one hand in the event of force majeure, in particular disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport or communications, on the other hand. leaves in the event of customer fault. We remind you that it is prudent to back up the data contained in the products purchased. Achillea cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from the misuse of the products sold on the Site.
Comment, communication
All reviews posted by Achillea Users are monitored and moderated by the marketing team.
As soon as the comments violate the law and ethics (abusive advertising, defamatory comments, insults, out-of-context comments, etc.) Achillea reserves the right to refuse or modify the opinion concerned.

The information you provide to us is essential for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices; its absence will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information about yourself. The communication of false information is contrary to these general conditions as well as the conditions of use appearing on the Site.

You have a permanent right of access and rectification to all data concerning you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in force (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978). You can at any time make a request to Achillea to find out what information it has about you. You can modify this data at any time and upon request.
